Therefore, the reflections on the home page reveal your current trends, showing
rolling daily averages for the most recent fourteen-day period. The reflections,
when reported in green, tell you you're doing okay. Reflections highlighted in
red, however, indicate areas that are out of balance and require corrective action.
Simply click the red items to analyze the choices you've made that are most
responsible for the imbalance, and to access alternative options that can move you
to green. Your Fourteen-Day Calendar The fourteen-day calendar near the top of the page reflects your logging activity
and also the status of your calorie balance for each individual day. Days are
color coded according to whether caloric intake for the day is above or below
