soriaa | I've found a couple of websites that are a really nice compliments to Nutrimirror and I thought I'd share. If people think they're worthwhile, or have additional suggestions, maybe Mike would be willing to create a section of useful links.
This first site allows you to do complex searches. E.g. if you want a breakfast food that's high in potassium AND low in sodium AND high in fiber it suggests shredded wheat.
