SharonJoy | Now, I'm not speaking of my bank account's online balance. I'm talking about my ability to balance online activities.
I haven't logged in about a week because I have feverishly been working to finish several Shutterfly scrapbooks for gifts...and to meet several coupon codes' deadlines.
I have found that apparently I can only do one daily online activity, i.e, regularly log foods at NM or work on an online scrapbook project. I know each day I made the choice to log or not to log, but it feels like I just didn't have the time to do both.

Since my journey toward improved health began, I’ve learned several unique ways to save time. For example, my husband’s unbelievably high standards of how one should load a dishwasher simply cannot be mastered. Even his own mother cannot load the dishwasher the right way. No matter how I try, he will spend five minutes rearranging it anyway. Not being a person that wants to deny my limitations, I use this to my advantage. To save time in cleanup I simply open the dishwasher and pile all of the dirty dishes in; much like a child shoving toys under the bed. ... |
continue reading 45 comments March 5, 2009, 7:57 am Should I be in a rush? | When I started trying to lose weight in August, I knew that losing 2 pounds a week was OK for my size, and I had the approval of my doctor and trainer. My goal is to get down to around 180 pounds by the time my husband and I want to start trying for kids in another year and a half. I was able to keep up around 1.8 pounds a week from August through Christmas, but since then, the I've dropped to 1.5 or 1.2 pounds a week.
