susano | Hey there! I wanted to thank you for your post sometime this week about being glad that summer is here, with that delicious looking bucket of blueberries you'd picked. That same day, I think my facebook status said "forgot how hateful summer is." I had been feeling great, but when the heat/humidity kicked in my RA flared up and I was miserable. Just going from the house to the car was enough to make me feel like a migraine was starting and I won't go into all the other whining that's been in my head for the past several weeks.

 It's time to start thinking about cool and refreshing hot weather treats. Here's a blast from the past, the oldie-but-goody ice pop.
I remember my mother making orange juice popsicles when I was a kid. They were sweet, tart, and so cold my lips would turn pink. As a kid I could never eat them fast enough though, I always had orange juice running down my arm or dripping on my bare feet. Ahh, the memories of summers past.
