New Photos, By Demand :-)
New Photos, By Demand :-)Even donning a bathing suit on the internet! Oh my!

This is an addition to my post from earlier today, regarding my progress since signing on with a personal trainer, adjusting my fat intake and my new BMI, etc. My BMI is 23.4, my weight is 143. I began my journey with NM twenty five-pounds heavier at 168 and a BMI of more than 31.7 (didn't calculate that until I was three months in!).

Pictoral Evidence
Pictoral EvidenceI never felt as big as I was until I looked at a photograph of myself. Don't even get my started on my wedding photos from four years ago.. my husband and I have joked about re-shooting them :)

Anyway, I added two photos to my profile today, one to replace my oldest photo, as the one I added better shows my body shape, and one to show my recent progress. Hooray for not being afraid of cameras!

BTW, I think I'm making an awfully funny face in the most recent picture, but it showed off my curves the best! :)

Now I'm ...
