 I grew up in Ohio, but I've lived here in Atlanta for 12 years. That means I still know how to drive in bad weather, I still know this city's response to bad weather is comical, and my blood has thinned enough that I'm a total wimp when the wind chill is in the single digits.
Frankly, I don't own a coat warm enough to be out in this for very long. I have to stand it in to take the train. I can tell you with 100% certainty that this is the case.

PARTY! Today I am officially in the 130's.
HELLLO 130's.
Oh, this is so exciting for me. Yesterday I took all those photos for reaching my third mini goal of another 20 lbs and now today.....
I stepped on my scale and the sirens went off while confettti was dropping down from the sky, people just showed up out of no where to party, the music was blasting and people were dancing and it was an awesome time had by all when my most WONDERFUL scale told me, "Darling you are now in the 130's and that calls for a CELEBRATION!" and then ... |

 I am having a big party for my daughter's school friends, and have just started decorating...today I am putting up portraits and artwork for our house, which will be haunted for a few weeks. I didn't get many pictures last year, so I'm going to take them as I go along this year...there will be cobwebs added and lots of other stuff, but here are the few things I have put out so far - thought I'd share. ... |

 I can't believe it's already been 2 weeks since we had the grand opening party for our studio. It was a great night; we were so happy with the turnout and all the genuine well-wishes. Friends and family came by as did folks walking by that saw the fun and were drawn in. Everyone was welcome. A satisfied customer wearing her m.o.m tie.  We are getting ready for our grand opening party this Saturday, and all of the little details are coming together.
The reason for the party? This past October we got a groovy little space in town and we've set it up as a working studio. People can visit, see what we're currently working on and make purchases. We have of course, all of the m•o•m products at the studio as well as my sisters jewelry line, Jessica(fied).
