HELP!

I have been struggling to lose weight, but no matter what I do I just cannot drop the pounds.

I am going through menapause, so maybe that is it.
This is my last ditch trying.

I exercise 4-5 times a week, walk plus do floor exercises.

If anyone can help me, please let me know.
