Add to Database or Use Close Food?

Ok, another newbie question. (BTW, I like the site and community so much that I decided to put up with the 5min load time to log food. That says a lot about all of you!)

When should I add another food to the database? I have seen several places where there are minor variations between what is in the database and what is on the label of the food I am eating. Right now I am looking at Organic Baby Spring Mix. There is an Organic Spring Mix in the data base but it has the following differences from the label ...

I also had to take care of my sick husband on top of my other full-time job. I have not abandoned NutriMirror or the team - just need to catch up. Thanks to everyone for your comments & feedback! It's day 3 and I can already tell if I log my food and keep tabs on nutritional values throughout the day, I know I will not only shed the pounds but start eating better too.

I totally agree that my first step needs to be logging all my food. If I stick to that, I think I will have MUCH more control over temptations. Just in these few days I had no idea how much cholesterol and saturated fat I was eating.
