This is a ridiculously easy and extremely tasty salad that I've been making and eating for the past few weeks. I actually make salads with chopped grilled or baked chicken breast, and top it with this for extra flavor. I suggest you try it soon while those delicious, funny looking heirloom tomatoes are still in season!
Heirloom Tomato Salad with Pepperoncini
Serves 4
