|I am making this Pumpkin Cheesecake for my husband for Sweetest Day. He has an allergy to gluten and is diabetic so I thought he would enjoy this! |
16 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
8 smorables (GF Graham cracker)
1/2 cup fat free cool whip
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until blended.
Blend in eggs but do not beat
Remove 1 cup of this batter and stir in pumpkin and spice.spray a 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle graham crackers evenly to make a crust.

|I have been craving chocolate for weeks now. I kept trying to just get over it. Eating fruit to try to satisfy my sweet tooth just didn't work. Somehow I stumbled across Vitalicious.com. O my word....these sweets are wonderful. What's more is that I can eat one and be okay. Before I'd eat a meal then eat a piece of fruit, then try a few diet chocolate candies...seems like I was never really satisfied. Now though for the first time in weeks...I'm cool. The chocolate beast is quiet. I thought I'd have a problem with quitting after eating just one...but ...|
