Anyone else love curry?

I love curry... It's so easy to make, satisfying, and a good way to use up veggies that aren't as fresh you'd like for crudites.

Yesterday, I made a huge pot of curried spinach soup, which was delicious (and will last me another 4 servings.) Today I made a big batch of lentil curry (9 servings) with celery, onion, carrots, and cauliflower to use up my fresh veggies. I used curry paste, curry powder, broth, and tomato puree (no sodium) to make the sauce. The awesome thing is that it only has 195 mg sodium/serving. (I think I'm starting to "get" ...

Do any of you visit ethnic markets in your town? They are fascinating and full of aromas and ingredients that might be new to you.

I haven’t visited an Indian market in our town yet –not sure where one is actually. But we do make trips to the Japanese and Chinese markets and there are Mexican markets everywhere. We get a kick out of visiting these places and always come away with some new “thing” to try. Sometimes it’s food, other times it’s a kitchen gadget, and in the case of the Japanese market there is almost always a fashion
