Kale Chips-great alternative to potato chips!

I learned about this recipe a few days ago. All you need is a bunch of washed kale, salt, pepper or whatever seasonings you like, and olive oil!

They're easy to make too. Chop the kale into bite-size pieces, toss with a little olive oil (enough to roughly coat it, but you be the judge) and some salt and pepper. Be sure to go easy on the salt if you're watching your sodium, these don't need a lot.

Spread the kale pieces evenly on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle pepper to taste, pop in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 350. ...

I can't stop
I seem to be craving a lot of chips. Its the slaty taste and the cruch. I do eat usually eat one or two servings. Before I would sit down and eat the whole bag. No, I am not preganant. Why can't I stop? I know this adds to my sodium and weight.
Any sugestions???
Please help me. ...

We made chips!

Here is our "no added oil" tip for making chips with pita and corn tortillas.

Lightly sprinkle or brush water over the pita, then add salt. The water allows the salt to stick - brilliant!

Place on a cookie sheet, toast in the oven or broiler or toaster oven. We tear, cut into triangles, and at times cut into strips, whatever we feel like. With the pita bread, make sure you separate the two layers (1 pita gives you 12 chips, which is a serving -not bad). Cook until just toasty brown -watch closely.
