I just want to let you know that of ALL the weight-loss quotes and quips, THIS is the expression that has helped me the most. This simple saying is so full of meaning. I'm glad that you've shared it with so many folks on your posts and blog.
I kid you not! I think about it EVERYTIME I EAT. I share it with friends and family who try to sway me into eating stuff that won’t love me back. It’s interesting to watch their facial expressions after I say those words. I actually feel I can see ... |

susano | I had to look at Gouldthorp's View of Heaven again - it's breathtaking. The mountains hold a special place in my soul, and spending time in them can undo months of stress for me. When I drive up there it's amazing how I feel when they first come into view - my shoulders reflexively relax and this joy comes through from my toes to the top of my head. I truly hope to live in them some day...I know it is where I belong.
