I am still excited about yesterday.
And today I put in my numbers for waist and hip.
In ten weeks I lost 7.5" from my waist = 33"
In ten weeks I lost 4.0" from my hips = 41"
Put them into that waist-to-hip ratio...
33/41 = .8 .8 = GREEN GREEN GREEN
Today I am no longer red for waist-to-hip ratio.
My ratio is a beautiful shade of Green!
SWEET!
I am having the best week ever!
May be I should play the lotto or something!
