I am soooooo excited today.
I have reached my second mini goal
....another 20 lb loss!
In 16 weeks with NutriMirror I have lost 41.4 lbs!
I LOVE NUTRIMIRROR.
I am up to 2 miles of swimming now.
Yesterday I swam a pretty hard set for just getting back into the pool recently.
What I noticed is that I am generally more flexible since logging! I notice the flexibility throughout the day and with various activities but I also notice this in the pool when I am swimming laps.
Could getting all those nutrients and handling that sodium monster have something to do with it?
