I AM PSYCHED!
I lost another 2 lbs. WOO-HOO!
….that swim yesterday was so worth it. I swam the most yards since being back in the pool for a total of 3600 yards, more than 2 miles of swimming. Yesterday was one of the few times I have felt really hungry since joining NM. My reward for my efforts…………
I am 2.5 lbs away from losing 50 lbs. SOOOOOOOOOOOO Psyched.
AND
I am at 25.8 for BMI which is less than one point away from being at HEALTHY AVERAGE weight!
I am BESIDE MYSELF WITH EXCITEMENT and can not really focus on ... |
