I CAN eat cheese! This website has taught me many things, but one of the most important things I’m learning is that I don’t need to eliminate things from my diet that are ‘bad’ … like cheese. As long as I’m watching my calories, and eating in moderation, I’m allowed to sprinkle a little cheese on my beans and rice. It’s not going to make me gain a bunch of weight.
