About Me

Im 5'5'....and a half!
started here around 140, body fat 23-4%
currently 125-130.Body fat is 19%.
Although I have reached my goal I am going to continue vigorous weight lifting, attempting to become as close to a fitness model as possible :)
Not because I want to do this for a living, I just want to look like wonder woman! Plus I love weightlifting.
