California Family Fitness - the facility is awesome and the teachers of the classes are just wonderful.Monday - Friday Work 40 Hours - use the stairs and park further away. Monday - 1 hour Yoga - 30 minutes Water Jogging Tuesday - 30 Minutes Treadmill - 30 Minutes Bike - 15 Minutes Circuit Training upper body Wednesday - 60 Minutes Step Class Thursday - 60 Minutes Pilates Friday - Break Day - let the muscles rest Saturday - 60 Minutes Swimming / Water Jogging - 15 Minutes Circuit Trainig Sunday - Break Day - Strengthen Faith and Family I'm excited... spoke to a trainer that told me that weight loss is 80% what you eat and 20% how you exercise. Thanks to Nutrimirror I can focus and track!
