protein smoothie

I just made a protein smoothie recipe I got from an email, it's from Jillian Michaels...I didn't think I would like it but still wanted to try it and it was really good...it called for strawberries but I used a berry medley...here's what's in it:

3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 1/3 Tbs peanut butter
3 oz tofu
2 Tbs protein powder (of your choice)
1/2 cup berry medley(strawberries, blueberries, blackberries,& raspberries)
8 ice cubes

blend all together in blender...I had a one cup serving..it will make 4 cups
some nutrition info for one cup serving:
120 calories..5g fat..74 g sodium..11g protein

I did add 4 packets of Truvia to the whole recipe..I needed a touch more sweetness, didn't change it alot but enough for me...hope you try it!!
