OK, I was on vaction this week. My kids are out of school for spring break so I thought I would take some of my vacation time while they are out so we can spend quality time together...bad idea!!! We went out to eat Wed for my youngest daughter's 10th B-day( I didn't do too bad), then we went out for lunch on Thurs, then yesterday my sister in law, sister, and all our kids went to the park, and we took pizza!!!! I can't tell you how long it's been since I ate pizza. I haven't had this much take-out in months...I kept telling everyone, "what am I doing? this is going to kill me this week!" We did keep active all week, spring cleaning, going on hikes, etc. and I think that is what saved me..I actually lost 0.4 lb...I couldn't believe...I thought about it and realized that even though I ate some bad things, I was still cautious about how much I ate and I noticed I did get fuller a lot faster..so I can't change the crap I put in my mouth this past week, but knowing I had to log ALL that I ate helped...I am sooo glad I go back to work on Monday..I will get back on track & continue my weight shedding, don't want to say weight loss anymore, may find it again later and I don't plan on doing that...oh yeah and I also had a snow cone!!!man it was good but I felt a little nauseous afterward..not used to all that sugar, I am glad it happened, too.. I now know my body doesn't want that stuff anymore..well thanks for reading my confession..hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday!!
