 female, 43 years old lawndale, CA | July 26, 2009, 8:53 pm I,m up and haven't gone over mataineanceI have helped with cub scout day camp all week it has been fun but the snaks were not as healthy as other things and I have been very hungy the only day I went over matainance was Monday My sodium has been high all week and my fat but the calories have been O.K. to mantaine but the scale is up will drink more water and hope to clean my system start a new week
