I ave been doing good trying to stay green most days have been ok sodium has been up but yesterday I just went crazy It was my sons birthday but the boys decided to go camping I was up set because they made the plans without even telling me I love camping and my boys but I felt like I was just left out I stayed home with my girls but it's not the same as celebrateing his party together so instead of making good choices I was over in everything but my vitamins were in the green but every thing else was red that was last night will get up dust my self off and start over today thank for being there Anna
