 female, 49 years old Brooklyn, NY | November 19, 2009, 12:13 pm Need support - any vegans here on NM ??Hello !I was wondering if anybody here on NM is a vegan, either a recent one or an old hand at it ?? I read something so disturbing, so sadistic, so unbelievable in the Kathy Freston book, Quatum Healing that I know that being a vegetarian is no longer good enough for me. I need to progress onto veganism, and while I can get a lot of info from books and the internet, was just wondering if there were any vegans here, that could lend me a bit of support/ideas/suggestions.....as I transition to a new way of eating and living.
