Quinoa

First of all, I'm logging my dinner and I noticed that some foods from the lists are in bold...most of those foods look like they are high in fiber so I think...Cool and helpful!! Then I scroll down farther and I notice that coffee is bold...not so high in fiber...then Jello pudding...fiber in that?? Can someone tell me what I'm missing? Why are some foods in bold?

Anyway...back to the subject that brought you here... how do you log quinoa? In the list I can pick uncooked quinoa but I know when you cook it really expands. Help?
