The writers, Mary Corpening-Barber and Sara Corpening-Whiteford, certainly knew what they were doing when they came up with this sweet, tart, and rich smoothie. Low calories, low fat, and with a nice kick of vitamin C, this drink is fab in the morning or as a snack. Ingredients
