I am very excited about the trip but I am worried about logging my meals. Does anyone here have tips about logging while on vacation or out of the country? I have a hard time logging ethnic foods (Thai, Indian, etc) which I tend to eat often. I am sure in Brazil I will try some things that I cannot find on Nutrimirror. I guess I don't eat a lot of dairy. Are there any other foods that are high in calcium to make sure that I get enough? ... |
continue reading 6 comments July 8, 2009, 6:57 am coffee! | I love drinking coffee. Although I was recently made aware that what I really love is drinking coffee creamer. This is my downfall. The taste of coffee is good but the taste of coffee and creamer is awesome! Lately I have been drinking tea with some Splenda or Equal because it has zero calories. But...I still miss having that coffee. I have tried Kalahari's ChocoLatte tea...which pretty much tastes like tea.
I know that sugar free creamer is around 15 calories per tablespoon but I can't stop at one or two tablespoons! :) ... |
