Those of you who use the custom menus feature should like this, and those of you who haven't tried menus yet will find it really easy to use.You'll notice a new button next to each meal on your food log: Make Menu. If you click it, whatever you ate for that meal will instantly be converted into a menu, allowing you to add those items to your log in a snap on any other day. These menus work just like your existing menus, so after you've created them you can always return to the custom menus page to tweak or fine tune the ingredients. Give it a try and let me know how it works.
