my name is mandy i've been married to this wonderful man name roland and i'm 29 yrs old and i have a 5 yr old and a 6mnts old and ever since i had my last baby i started getting serious about loosing weight now and i've been on a 1200 colorie diet and i lost 53 pounds so far but now i have 23 pounds left to go and it is getting really hard.. i'm barley losing 1 pound a week now ..

My Goals

to get to my goal weight 23 more lbs by the 30th b-day in july..
