Not quite SERVING up a SMILE...

OK, I felt naked toward the end of the week. Like there was something I was supposed to have done...get dressed? Hate that dream. Nope, I guess I just really felt the need to write so I added a Country Tart installment late last night: Inviting the Food Snob to Dinner

I do gripe about sneaky food manufacturers and the Corn Refiners Association and I should warn you that it isn't quite as smiley as perhaps I could have been. It is more of an answer to the many friends and family members that I have that comment about how intimidating it is to invite me to dinner. Really, I am just attempting to qualify my snottiness and admit that even I am not perfect (I might even admit to feeding my kids junk food).

On a positive note, I did incorporate some Thanksgiving/ Holiday tips (which I might have to work into this Tuesday's SERVING up a SMILE.

Lastly, and most importantly, thanks again for all your well-wishes this week. I just got a very, very happy call from the insurance company. It seems my car is NOT totaled. We would have really been up a creek without a paddle had they said they were unable to repair it so a huge *sigh* of relief may be heard all of the way from Maryland's Eastern Shore if you listen closely!!! Thanks fam, you are the best!
