 female, 25 years old Kent, OH | February 8, 2010, 3:53 pm need recipeI want to make something unique and tasty for my bf on valentine's day.things i've made in the best include outlandish cakes, decadent cakes, outlandish angel food cakes bursting with berries, white cake with gummy sugared hearts everywhere, etc etc. i want a light, fun dessert that incorporates both vanilla and chocolate flavors (he isn't a huge huge chocolate fan, but he does like chocolate). how about a giant cookie cake, or perhaps a cookies and cream cake (white fluffy cake with oreo bits interspersed). what kind of icing for that last one? or is there something else you guys know of that i should attempt to make? i looked at a panna cotta recipe, too....
