My mother is battling colon cancer, and both of her parents recently passed away from the same.I'm trying to get myself on a life-long health track now, before i get caught up in poor eating habits. I need lots of encouragement and friends, but I know that I can get my body to be healthier than it is now and keep it that way for a long, healthy life....with your help, anyway! My GoalsI'd like to weigh about 140. 135 was my high school weight, and I'd love to be there again, but I'd be happy at 140. As long as I'm in a healthy weight range, which is what's more important to me than anything else.I'm also looking to make sure I can keep my blood pressure and cholesterol levels under control. I'm trying to keep my fiber count high and fill myself with cancer-preventing/fighting foods. I'd like to have better feminine health because I worry about how my body will react to having children in the future (more family stuff).
