          Need help with portion control?

          If you are like me, and you like to enjoy a glass of wine occassionally with dinner, but are tired of measuring it into a liquid meausure first, this product may be for you!

          I saw this mentioned in the July Shape magazine, so I decided to check them out.

          They also have a snack bowl, and a plate. Not a bad concept!!
