Diet for a Small Planet … Reminder

There is a great thread taking place in the Book Club area for the classic book “Diet for a Small Planet”.

This is our first Book of the Month discussion and we hope there are more to follow. It will last for the entire month of February.

So, you still have time to read the book and join in. Or, just drop by to read the thread and see what there is to learn from this book that you can apply to your own personal health journey. Even if you haven’t read the book you can still ask questions?

The leader of the discussion is Cascade Lady. And, I’d like to give her a public thank you for noting that we had this underused asset at NM, and for volunteering to put a little bit of structure into the process of reading, reviewing, and discussing important books.

You may want to use this thread to recommend a book to read and discuss for the month of March. Tell us the title, author, and why you feel it is important. We’ll announce the selection shortly so that everyone can rush to their favorite bookseller and get a head start. (If you don’t have one, we invite you to link to Amazon through NM. We get a small percentage of sales through Amazon that helps defer costs and keep NM free).
