NutriMirror Staff male, 68 years old fallbrook, CA | NutriMirror NewsOctober 30, 2009, 9:59 am Jim is Giving away FREE NM T-ShirtsEach Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (beginning today through Christmas Day) I will be giving away a FREE NM T-Shirt.I will read all posts and comments in the Journal Room submitted on those days and make a chocie as to my favorite for the day. There will be no rhyme or rhythm for what I select. It may be something silly (like garcia's cheeto picture ... she was the first winner); somethng reflective and personal; something inspriational; important or trivial. I will announce the previous day's winner along with my reasoning for the choice around 9 a.m. pst, the day following my selection. I want to increase use of the site on our slowest traffic days. As you know, people should enter their foods and exercie everyday. Do we only use our mirrors to prepare ourselves to meet the world on Monday-Thursday? Why should our health be less important to us than our appearance? I hope I'll see you all this weekend, and the next, and the next .......
