I have a red blotch on my home page, and just because I ate 60 calories too many over my maintenance allowance. I really didn't know that would do it. That's what I get for not logging first. Oh well, you live and learn. Just hate to have to look at it for the next 2 weeks. Everything else was pretty and green on that day, the 29th. Would that count on my green for the Green Day Challenge if it had already started? I'll be more careful next time.
