I made the best dinner (recipe sorta)

I cooked a two chicken breasts half way (dinner was just hubby and I). While they were baking, seasoned with Keg Steak Spice, I prepped the rest.

I took two portobello mushrooms, and ripped the stems off. I seasoned them with salt and pepper and a sprinkle of Garlic Plus. I sliced up some black olives and lined the mushrooms with them. Then I topped it with a couple of tablespoons of PC Blue Menu Primavera sauce.

When the chicken was half done, I layed them over the mushrooms, and scooped on some more primavera sauce and popped them in the oven. I baked them at 400 for 15 minutes (the chicken had already done 20). Then I took them out, topped them with a tablespoon of shredded cheddar and put them back in for another ten minutes.

In the meatime, I wilted a whole pot of spinach in water and balsamic vinegar. I made enough so that there was a cup of cooked spinach each, which I spread out on the plate, topped with the mushroom/chicken thing, and voila! A delicious, healthy dinner that looked like something you'd get in a fancy restaurant!
