![]() female, 41 years old Maple Ridge, BC Canada | November 15, 2009, 10:10 am Doing okay!I have been avoiding the scale for the last couple of weeks, thinking that I've not been doing well.Finally I had a big talk with myself. I've always said I refuse to be a statistic. I refuse to gain the weight back. I decided that I was happy between 145 and 155. And to be frank, I've been worried that I'm over 160. So today I decided to pull my head out of my ass and face the scale. 154.6 Okay!! Phew!! Okay, so I can lose a couple of pounds. But reality is, do you know what this means? I've got this thing! I have develped a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. I eat clean the majority of the time. I move my butt at least three times a week. I am concious of my freggie intake. I'm concious of eating on a healthy cycle (always breakfast whether I want it or not). I'm concious of eating for fuel, not support. And it works! It really really works! I know, I know, you already know that... but I just had to say it again, LOL.
