Calling all Vegans or Vegetarians

How's your vitamin levels?

I feel like I HAVE to supplement with a multi vitamin and several other supplements like calcium, magnesium, iron, folic acid and potassium.

I don't see any other way I can affordably consume all the vitamins and minerals that I am supposed to.

I'm not sure even if I had the budget that I could be meeting all the requirements through food alone.

Is it from the lack of meat? The lack of all animal products?

Are meat eaters meeting their required nutrients simply because they have meet in their diet.

This is something that has bothered me. I would love to get all my nutrients from food but without eating meat or ANY processed foods (most of my diet consists of whole foods), I don't know how that is possible.

I see posts of how easy it is to eat this food or that to meet certain vitamins. But really can I eat all those foods in one day and then also day after day after day?? It sounds expensive and like I would be eating all day long.

Help.
