![]() female, 28 years old | November 1, 2009, 8:41 pm It's so frustrating but I can't stop...It's so frustrating but I can't stop...I can't stop trying to cram in extra calories after 8 at night and that has me worried. Which is worse, having a ridiculous surplus of extra calories but not consuming them because it's after 8 OR to try and eat all that I can to meet the calories, getting stuffed and eating much after 8 pm? I know I need to snack between meals or to try to make my main meals bigger but I just can't do it. I don't feel hungry when I don't eat all my allotted calories but I stopped losing weight. If I eat them all, then that means I cramming it all in before bed. But I did start losing weight. Ugh... frustrated.
