Vacation time ...

Yes, I'll be on vacation for the next week. Visiting a friend in Miami, FL for a few days, home for 2 days, then a float trip the next weekend.

I will have some access to a computer while in Miami, but none on the float trip. Funny thing is, while I won't have access to a computer on the float trip, I will have control over my food, 'cause we're pretty much bringing our own food. But, when in Miami, when I will have access to a computer, I won't have as much control over food choices. I may just ask my friend to take me to the grocery store to pick up some health/balance friendly food. We'll see. And, of course, I get back from Miami Tuesday evening ... the night before the challenge weigh-in. Ugh!

To say that I'm concerned about dietary imbalance and resulting weight gain would be accurate, but I'm not obsessing about it. This is vacation, and I'm going to enjoy it.

So you may not be hearing from me consistently for the next week, but you will all be on mind ... from time to time. lol Have a great week, and I'll definitely be in touch when I get back.
