My Goals

Work out 3 times a week with weights. I hate cardio. Remember to EAT. I can go all day without eating. As long as there's coffee involved. I homeschool my two boys and my hubs works at home..so I'm cooking 3 meals/day 24/7!! Good thing I love cooking. But..the fatty stuff is so much easier!! I want to learn to train my brain to write things down. and be conscious of my nutritional needs..not just revert to the bacon. Even though, everything tastes better with butter..and bacon...or blue cheese. :)

update: no more caffeine. doc says it's irritating my bladder, making me pee all the time. Hello green and licorice tea.
