I have been sick with intestinal problems for nearly a week now. It started off with a virus, but I do have an on-going problem (collagenous colitis) that rears it's ugly head from time to time. I just got back from a wonderful long weekend with our youngest daughter and her family. We had such fun driving through the countryside enjoying the autumn colors and foods and the Cincinatti zoo. Great company, good food; but OH THE SODIUM, FAT, AND LACK OF FIBER!!!! Sorry team mates! But now I understand those of you who have to eat out often and struggle to stay green! 1. Acai....Does anyone use it as a dietary supplement? I started taking Acai 1000 mg soft gels from Puritans Pride several weeks ago as this supplement is full of antioxidents and is also supposed to reduce food cravings. So far I certainly have not seen a huge decrease in my weight, but I seem to feel peppier and have less intense hunger.

I am nursing an injured knee right now that has kept me from exercising for about 3 months now. It still hurts, but is getting better. I have started back on the elipical this week and am starting very slowly with that. Also I am doing an arm bike???? for more aerobics and weight machines for upper body.
