So I have been modifying my meals to healthier versions for my family, I realized it is a lot of work trying to find meals that the family will like, we get in a rut and eat the same dinners all the time. So I decided to join Ellie's Healthy Living Guide... she is my nutritionist so to speak. She has a food log and exercise log in her program, but I am a NM lifer and I will use NM program for logging... so the purpose of joing her program is because her meal plans incorporate her recipes which are full recipes for a family. I can decide on her recipes for a week long of meals, this includes all the meals in the day and create a shopping list through her recipe selections and have meals for the family for all three meals and snacks. I am hoping this will work.Dinner is a very important meal in our family. We have dinner together a minimum of four days a week. I am a list maker and when I put things down on a list, I know I will adhere to it. So wish me luck!
