 female, 44 years old | November 6, 2009, 9:48 am He Does Understand, More Than I Realized!So last night, I get home from the store. My husband was on the phone with my brother-in-law and Mark was raving to him the benefits of NM. He was explaining NM as if he, himself was a member! He explained about eating 3 small meals with snacks in between, etc, etc,. What kind of snacks to eat. I was in the kitchen listening and I laughed and thinking to myself, he has absorbed through me everything he needs to know about eating healthy.My husband has reduced his intake of diet pepsi. (Thanks to Kel and Ben). He has lost a few pounds. I know he will never become a member himself...why? Because he works extremely long hours and the last thing he wants to do is be on the computer at home. His thoughts are; he is eating what I have for him at home... and he is making good decisions with his lunches. So my brother-in-law has enrolled as far as I know. I am justing waiting to see if he commits to the program and gives me a shout out on NM!
