Ha!I allowed myself some pie - remember this program teaches you how to balance and not deprive yourself. Meanwhile there are some folks who are specific diets and they have stayed away - they did not want to be anywhere near temptation! I was empowered to make good choices. I reduced the caloric intake for breakfast by 40 calories, then for lunch I had a high protein, high fiber and low cal meal, I had a one inch wide slice of cheesecake, and a three inch slice of apple, topped with nonfat plain greek yogurt. Granted for weightloss calories I only have 219 calories left for the remainder of the day... but for these kind of events, I always allow myself to go as high as my maintenance calories. Here is the Bonus - I am green - with the exception 4% fiber, that is not a problem I will complete that! Three kinds of cheesecake Keylime Blueberry cream Banana split Razzleberry Two kinds of cherry Triple berry Three kinds of apple Lemon meringue Lemon cream Prune
