Vitamin UL chart

So, I am learning all about vitamins here and what foods have what. I am used to taking a multi-vitamin to help balance everything out, when a couple of days ago, I was trying to manage vitamin intake with food alone and had total cereal for breakfast then continued with my routine when I realized I also took my multi-vitamin---WHOA! I got a super dose that day.

I really wanted to make sure I hadn't done too much damage and found this site.

It's the Council for Responsible nutrition, and they charted out the vitamins, with what you should take and the upper limits.

I thought someone here may be wondering the same...
