I am used to taking a multi-vitamin to help balance everything out, when a couple of days ago, I was trying to manage vitamin intake with food alone and had total cereal for breakfast then continued with my routine when I realized I also took my multi-vitamin---WHOA! I got a super dose that day.I really wanted to make sure I hadn't done too much damage and found this site. http://www.crnusa.org/about_recs.html It's the Council for Responsible nutrition, and they charted out the vitamins, with what you should take and the upper limits. I thought someone here may be wondering the same... Lots more info to check out there too. Happy Green!
