Worst Day Ever...
I was doing so great on my diet, making sure to eat correctly everyday, exercise, take vitamins and log everything regularly. On May 7th I was tramatized-worst day I can remember in a Very long time.
While on the freeway, in my elderly father's car (he's 74) to pick up someone from the airport for him, we had a blow-out going about 65 mph. I managed to get us off the freeway without getting smashed.
He & I had to change the tire; which means Mostly I had to change the tire on the side of the road with speeding ...

..melody..song..life is so Green..melody..
X-I am visualising myself as a thinner, healthier person, I feel I am projecting the goodness that my body feels inside to the outside world.
I still feel fat, but it's the end of the night & I just ate 1/2 bag of healthy popcorn. So I'm really just full-not Fat! Fat is a relative term, don't you agree. What is fat to one, is not to another and vice versa.

Green Green Green!!!
I almost made all Green 3 days in a row, which I think is amazing because I've only been here 5 days! Yesterday was all green, but fat was low so I got red there. I have to pay more attention & not wait until the end of the night. like tonight, I'm munching an apple because my fiber was low-I think I can only eat half and I'll still be green. It's a huge apple. :) ...

Diners, Drive-In's & Dives...
I really love the food network. The food looks so good, but you see what they put into some of these dishes, and I know for me, I'd prob have a heart attach! But I sure do like to watch. also Man vs. food-boy that guy can eat ALOT!! I used to get up late & eat (snack & pick), but since I am following a more balanced diet, I find I can watch it without craving it, I am content and satisfied. Thanks NM suzette ...

Working on...
Today I started working on getting my correct fiber intake, and by the end of the day I will if I can find more fiber without more carbs which I have already exceeded. Does anyone know how to do this? Maybe those little fiber chews...do they have carbs? ...

3rd Day & All GREEN!
Wow, I messed up last night because my carbs were pretty low, so I ate aa yogurt & ended up exceeding my daily allowance. (worst part is; I wasn't even hungry)
Today though, I'm excited! My first ALL GREEN day!HOORAY!!! even fiber which I find most difficult to achieve, but I guess I'm getting it. I patting myself on the back now in case you can't see me. :) ...
