 female, 39 years old Los Angeles, CA | November 3, 2009, 10:09 am steel cut oatmeal- problem solved!So I measured and the way I make my steel cut oatmeal 2 cups of dry equals 7 cups of cooked.About .28 c dry per 1 c cooked. I'm sure this varies depending on how it's made. I forget who told me to measure out the cooked product, thanks! :) it worked, and I have my answer.
