We have kitchen ware, exercise equipment (systems, tubing and accessories), posters, yoga kits even massage creams.This week one item stands alone. This is dedicated to “munkster”. After I picked myself off the floor from laughing, after reading “My Kingdom for a belt!”. I realized, if she had done these simple stretching routines she may have realized she needed a belt before she left the house! Of course the down side to this would be we wouldn’t have had such a great story. Thanks Munkster! Check out The Rope. A simple inexpensive stretching device. Includes an instruction booklet with pictures. No hardware needed. ps: This is also a perfect exercise for those of us who set in front of a computer all day...
